Snowblower Complaint

GIO1101Q Gio Bikes Vancouver Vancouver, BC V6V 3C1 CA http://www.giobikes.com/ Bought a GIO 1101Q (11hp) snowblower in winter of 2008. This winter, I had a part break on the machine and when called for new part Gio Bikes stated that they no longer carried this model of snowblower and did not have the part I needed. Unfortunately, no one else carries this machine so I am out of luck for the part. I did not think that not even a year later that they would not carry all the parts for this machine. The part was the trigger that allows for turning the machine left or right.
