Intuit - Quickbooks CAN'T process an address change

My business moved to a new office 3 years ago. I have contacted Intuit more than 5 times to ask them to update our shipping address. They refuse to update our shipping address and continue to send our software updates to our old address. What kind of computer company is unable to update a customer address in their own database?? This is a company which sells accounting software no less!

I also had a terrible experience with Intuit not only trying to get my address changed but also they did not uphold the rates in the contract and charged me higher rates than I agreed to. It took me months to get the rates corrected and they would not go back and retroactively correct the rates.I also did not receive responses to my issues and had to continue escalating the issues to managing supervisors. I would never use Intuit/ Innovative Marketing Solutions again based on this experience and do not recommmend this company at all -- especially considering the access they have to your account!!!!! I do not write complaints often, but I have never had an experience as bad as this one. I have now canceled my account as a result.
