Intuit - Quickbooks CAN'T process an address change

QuickBooks Enterprise Accounting Program Intuit - QuickBooks Accounting 2632 Marine Way Mountain View, CA 94043 US www.quickbooks.intuit.com/ My business moved to a new office 3 years ago. I have contacted Intuit more than 5 times to ask them to update our shipping address. They refuse to update our shipping address and continue to send our software updates to our old address. What kind of computer company is unable to update a customer address in their own database?? This is a company which sells accounting software no less!
