Food Poisoning

Food Poisoning On Thursday October 22, 2009 I was admitted to the Emergency Ward of the Beaver, UT Hospital and treated for food poisoning, the result of eating two Spicy Chick N Crisp sandwiches. My wife and I were driving from our home in Colorado Springs, CO to Las Vegas and purchased food at the Burger King Restaurant located at 1355 S. State St. in Salina, UT 84654. My wife had purchased only French fries and called 911 for an ambulance when I became deathly ill near Beaver, UT. The emergency room doctor stated that my symptoms were a classic case of food poisoning, to include the time interval from the time I consumed the sandwiches to becoming seriously ill. We have just now returned to our Colorado home which is the reason for this late notification. I have the purchase invoice in my possession.
