t- mobile

june 2009 broke my phone, stopped using my t-mobile service, canceled my service, ask the representative to give me my final bill and payed my total and a $200 cancelation fee was told it was all taken care of and it was to bad i was leaving t-mobile after 4 years. Just got in the mail a $73 t-mobile bill. Called them and THE SUPERVISOR says that he is sorry but when i was billed they did not know what the last payment would be because its processed a month behind.NO SHIT! the software they use on a multI billion dollar industry.IF SOMEONE HAVE ANY CLUE HOW I CAN FIGHT THIS...PLEASE HELP. THAT IS A LOT OF MONEY THAT I DONT HAVE, AND IT IS NOT FAIR WE GET THIS TIPE OF TREATMENT FROM CORPORATE BUSINESS.THANK YOU.
