U.S. MARINE denied entry in to Spectrum Gym

i am stationed in Georgia however, my wife resides here in woodland hills, ca. i come every few months to visit my wife and decided to come for the thanksgiving holiday. i just found out about the club and decided to print out a 3 day free pass. however, upon my visit i was denied entry because i am not a local resident. i feel that since my wife resides out here i should have been given some sort of consideration but instead the general manager josh spitzen took it upon himself to say he did not feel i was not sincerely truly interested in joining the gym. i have been a member of ballys since 1996 and did not want to go to ballys because i heard that spectrum was a nice place to go. instead they treated a member of the united states armed forces like i was nothing more than a vagrant trying to sneak in. i could have lied and said i was a resident but a Marine does not lie.

i hope that whoever reads this takes the time to call the general manager and complain about this situation. it could have been anyone else.

i have just filed a complaint with the BBB in regards to this matter.
