"custom made" cabinet was not custom

I just received my "custom made" cabinets that cost $3500. These "custom" cabinets were not what we ordered. This inefficiency is what we expect if we ordered from Target and spent $500, but not this much money. A detailed schematic was signed off by us and sent to the company. What we received was not right. Now my dining room is inoperable due to all the stuff that needs to go in the cabinets, but cannot. How do we have dinner?? I guess they don't care, because to them, custom made means whatever they want to get rid of at the time.
