Verizon Complain

US I had 2 year wireless contract with Verizon. I had two lines with this contract. During the 1st year of contract I needed two more lines, so I went to local verizon shop and requested two additional lines to my current contract. After end of 2nd year, I switched to different wireless company and verizon chaged me early termination fee on my last bill. Basically when I added 2 additional lines to my exsisting line, Verizon exteded my current contract automatically. I never asked for additional years in contract but verizon was able to put it in there without my knowledge. This is kind of fraud verizon is doing. I wonder how many others are victim of this kind of verizon fraud extending customer contract when customer add additional lines. I wonder if I can report this to proper authority and stop this kind of fraud by verizon.
