Sears poor customer relations

My wife made a purchase on her sears credit card which totaled $175.01. I mistakenly paid sears $175.00. They charged me $2.00 interest on the 1 penny. Customer service said they cannot remove the charge. Sears must be hurting to scam a couple of bucks out of people. Be forwarned.
