Easy White Labs-don't order from them

I saw this free tooth whitening trial on the internet, so I called them and ordered a free trial. I never received the product, so I almost forgot about it, then I noticed that they charged $89 to my bank account. I called them and told them that I want refund since I never received the product, first, they told me that I already passed the return date for the refund. How could I know that I passed the refund dateline if I never received the product. I requested to cancel any order and refund the money back. they refunded the money back to my account. I thought this it done. Then I noticed that I started to receive those products again, I did not pay too much attention, we sometimes get the free samples sent to us, few month later, I checked my account, they charged $89 to my account for the last 5 month without my authorization. I thought I told them to cancel any order when I requested the refund in the first place. it is a scan. Now I have to call them and spent tons of time to talk to them and who knows whether I will ever get my $418 back or not. I will have to close my bank account to prevent them charge more to my account without noticing me in the future. never again, don't order any free trial, it is a scan. they will try to get money from you one way or another. watch out for this one.
