difective rims / bent rims

i purchased four rims from them , and after they have been in the garage for a while due to a heart attack i finally was able to have them mounted ,well they are bent to the extent of over .100run out and wable ,i called the owner and he just plain refuses that this is possible ,,i have been a tech for over 35 years and these things happen ,,period
