Dish Network Mysterious PPV Charges

Have been getting charges for PPV events I didn't order. Latest one was for a $10 adult PPV that according to the charge was purchased on a date that no one was even home and my boxes are all locked against PPV orders. After several emails back and forth Dish Network offers nothing. No solution to the problem, no offer to send a technician out to look into a possible box issue and no credit. Just keep saying thank you for being a customer and their goal is "world-class" customer service. In my last email I advised them they may want to stop saying that since it's definitely not true.
