Walmart return policy

Watch out for their return policies. They have a 90 day return sign over the service desk but, have a slew of different return policies under the desk that you don't know about. I bought a GPS for my wife's birthday. I gave it to her while we were on vacation. She felt it wasn't very user friendly so I told her I would return it and get her another one when we got back. When I went to bring it back 21 days after purchase, I was informed GPS' had a 14 day return policy. I pointed to the 90 day sign over the service desk and looked on my receipt. The clerk pulled a pile of sheets out from under the desk to show me. With that she just went to the next customer. I called Walmart's HQ with the complaint. They shuffled it back to the store where I got to deal with a very rude assistant manager who basically told me to get lost. I contacted the Mass Attorney Generals office and Walmart won't even respond to them. This was the second time I had a problem with Walmart and I will not step foot in one of their stores again.
