Verbal Abuse from O.D.

Upon reguest of my Fiance I went to Andrew L Williams, OD for a new Rx in July. Durring the exam I found A.W. Defensive and judgemental of casual conversation. I paid cash for the exam and for contact exam...it took almost two weeks to get a trial pair of con-tacts. Between two receptionist giving two different instructions time passed by quickly. this month when I realized I still did not have the Rx I phoned A.W. which he became agressively verbal and condicending On November 20 On Nov23 I went into the office to get the Trial contacts he becam verbally abusive in front of a patient and his staff.
