Sears double charge

clothes Sears Canoga Park, CA US 11/02/2009 I was making a purchase in a Sears store. I gave them a card to pay for it. They took my card, charged money from it and then said they could not except that card. So, I gave them another card. And they charged me again (saying that they cancelled the transaction from the first card, BUT THEY NEVER DID!). When a couple of days later I checked my cards balance, I found out that they charged me twice for the same stuff. 11/04/2009 I sent this information to Sears Customer Care with all detailed information about this situation, including the information about both transactions. They answered that *We have forwarded your message to the Store Manager. They will contact you within two (2) business days.* No Store Manager contacted me within those 2 business days. One week later I sent them another letter where I said that had not heard from any store manger during that week. Their reply was: * We have forwarded your message to the District Manager. They will contact you within two (2) business days.* Another week passed, and I still have not heard from them. I asked them again when they would solve this problem… Since that time they continue sending me the same *standard polite apologies*, saying that they *sent my message to the District Manager and they will contact you within 2 business days*. Many weeks passed, no one contacted me, neither made a refund.
