Auto Transport Low-Ball

I got a written quote for 2 autos to be shipped of $860.00.

They did not come to pick up the cars when specified. When I called to complain they indicated that the cars could be picked up that evening for an additional $200.00

i also got ripped off from them December 2009. I provided a deposit of $190.00 and they never picked the truck up. After numerous phone calls, i asked for a refund of my deposit and they changed their numbers. I have not been paid back any portion of my deposit and had to contract another company to transport my Truck.

Do not use this company, or you will be very disappointed.

I got taken too. Gave me a low ball price, once the contract is signed they tell you they cannot ship for that price.They are quoting prices that no transport company will ship for. DO NOT SHIP WITH THIS COMPANY. Most of the auto shippers are just brokers who get you signed up then put your information on an international electronic board to be picked up by a transport company.If you find a broker who is giving you a low price,don't believe it. Most of the brokers are within a $100.00 of each other.

All Aboard did not perform for me either, they made promises the couldn't keep, told you what you wanted to hear, they're only a broker and they don't even have longstanding relationships with the transport contractors. They were always waiting for insurance docs, etc. A bunch of excuses and lies. I gave them the benefit of a doubt in every communication and they failed the test. Just hoping I can get my deposit back.
