SEARS ONLINE ORDERING

Sears US sears.com Ordered online, realized that I entered in a number wrong on my address when I received my confirmation email. Called as order was stillbeing received. Sears does not allow ANY CHANGES to orders, even cancellations, once submitted. You have to wait until they are shipped and returned and then wait another 3 weeks for a refund. This seems insane to me!! It is a matter of fixing a number. I had this problem a year or so ago with Amazon and they fixed it immediately!
