Reston Limousine Terrible Customer Service

Terrible! I went on a wine tour with a large group of out of town friends a few weeks ago with Reston Limousine and just found out that they are charging us extra for our trip. Why, you ask? Because our driver got caught in DC traffic (something totally out of the customer's control - especially for out of town visitors), making us late in returning to DC. So customer service cleared it up, right? Hardly. My friend who planned the entire trip told me that after discussing the issue with the company the representative decided to instead insult her over the phone. Customer service 101: never insult a customer! Reston Limousine customer service is nonexistant and now we're left paying ADDITONAL CHARGES that were never explained to us, by anyone at Reston Limo, in full beforehand.
