Incorrect Cancellation Fees

Direct TV Direct TV Unkown unknown, un unknown US http://www.directv.com I started receiving Direct TV in October of 2007 In October of 2008 We moved to a new address and because we moved Direct TV is telling me that our contract started over. I am canceling my service because my hours have been cut and can no longer afford the service. Direct TV is telling me that I have to pay a 200.00 cancellation fee for canceling early. I am not canceling early I have been with Direct TV over two years. They are saying that I activated a receiver in October 2008 which starts the contract over, all i did was upgrade from a standard reciever to a DVR.
