Complaint posting

Complaint posting Please post as a complaint. I am very upset and plan to report the company as fraudulent to the State Attorney General, my local DA's office, and to the court of this jurisdiction. After completing an online traffic school course from "I Drive Safely", I was charged an additional $25 to take a test with so-called security questions such as: #19. If you have not completed the I Drive Safely final exam, the message next to the final exam icon will say: A Incomplete B. Click here to begin the final exam C. Click here to finish your course D. Take me to the final exam E. Erase my ticket I answered "B" because I remembered that this question came after the final Chapter Course quiz as one is about to begin the Final test questions. I missed passing because of this question. I got 77% correct instead of 80%. This question and a couple other similar questions should not even be on a driving test. I Drive Safely's online testing process gives misleading instructions, like any shake-down, where you proceed past the point of no return and and additional charges begin to occur. Then you must call the company to provide the information that is impossible to get before they will mail your certificate of completion. After explaining my complaint to the company in detail I was told that the question listed was a "security question" and that no one in the company could do anything for me. They also said that the company phone number which takes calls was not the same company giving the tests and that I should email that company with the complaint. I did so and they sent me another test for which I will be billed, again. All that is clear to me is that this is illegal and is an intentional deception in order to charge additional fees to take the test again.
