Cancellation Fee

After having been a customer for over 6 years and honoring all past contracts, I was forced to move due to medical reasons with one year left on my HD contract. Direct TV went directly to my back account and withdrew the funds. This, after a representative assured me when I called in that this fee would be waived. After several calls and e-mails Direct TV indicated they will not reverse the charge. I guess they need money more than they need customer good will.
