Bob's Discount Furniture..bad experience

Video console Bob's Furniture US Nice and simple...we bought a video console from Bob's Furniture. Here's how our experience unfolded: * Sept 1st 2009 - Video console we bought was delivered with damages. * Oct 17th 2009 - Serviceman visited to repair the damage. Serviceman identified a replacement video console was needed. * Oct 31st 2009 - A replacement arrived damaged. It was not accepted. * Nov 7th 2009 - Another replacement arrived damaged. This even after Bob's Furniture told use they would inspect the replacement in their warehouse before it was shipped to us. It was not accepted. * Nov 21st 2009 - Two months later we accepted a 30% refund on our original video console purchase price but we had to give up our manufacturers warranty claim in order to get this discount on our video console. We will NEVER buy anything from Bob's Furniture again!!!!!!!!!! Take notice.
