No info. on Digi-Cam

Dear Sir/Madam,

My friend had sent an item of weight 1 lb 7 oz(652 grams) on 26th Aug, 2009 to Bangalore, INDIA destination through First Class Mail International(USPS) but I didn't receive anything till date. It is already 55 days over yet no status on USPS site or at Bangalore Sub-Foreign Head post-office. Same day another package was sent to Europe which reached in 20 days but not yet mine.

I would like to give a complaint on this issue & want to track it where is the package right now & when will it be arrived. I am sure it might have arrived to Mumbai, India but not reached Bangalore yet. Bangalore PO confirmed that they didn't receive anything for my address. They are telling it might be stuck in Mumbai Customs. Item worth a lot to me. Please help re-leave my item & do needful to get my package delivered soon. I given complaints everywhere but all in vain. Finally I am contacting you before filing consumer case in court. Please help !!!
