Lid of last "Lid Care" product

Lid Care Penticton , BC V2A 6L2 CA I have used your product for MANY years & have been VERY happy with it until~~~~ at 80 yrs. old I tried to open the last bottle of Lid-Care. It was IMPOSSIBE to open. My husband was unable to open it as well. He finally HAD to use a tool to open it. Lot SK081 Exp.2011 03 Please make sure this is corrected.
