Below is my mail to Hero Honda. What are these people still waiting for. I have written them twice but still no replyon their end??????

As their has been no reply from your side till now, it seems you people are not concerned regarding your customers concersn.

We have purchased the same on 28th Sept' 09. In the beginning the engine oil leaked & the engine gave us trouble in the initial 100 kms. We were given a warranty replacement of parts such as Piston, rings, Piston Pin etc. As we reached the first free service, the engine Noise had gradually increased & we were told that Half Engine needs to be replaced, but due to non availability of parts it has not been done.

What we would like to request you through this mail is that a New Engine Assembly to be given under warranty as the vehicle has covered only 900 kms.

Above all the LH Rear View Mirror is defective from delivery, is also not available since 2 months after delivery. Please arrange for the same fast.
