DVD business/scam

I ordered Monk set 1-7, gave shipping address and paid for item. Three days later an email arrived saying they could not ship without a personal phone number. I emailed back saying I would not give this information and if it was needed to ship to cancel order. They responded saying to keep the dvds which I had not recieved. I emailed requesting a tracking number and they emailed back the order was cancelled and credit would be issued in twenty four hours, however, it would take 45 to 60 days to complete the transfer of money due to the banks involved. It took an hour for them to take money out of my account and I am espected to believe 45-60 days to credit my card. I have contacted Visa and they are looking into this.I know what this sounds like, but all of the above is true and varifiable.
