WE HAVE NOT USED OUR CARD SINCE LAST CHRISTMAS. BEEN CUSTOMERS SINCE 1977, WANT TO USE OUR CARD FOR PURCHASES NOW, YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE ON THE BACK OF THE CARD WERE VERY RUDE, AND DID NOT CARE AND OFFERED NO HELP. SINCE WHEN IF YOU KEEP YOUR CAR

we want to use our sears credit card, but was told because we have not used it in timely manner, it was closed. that is completely not fair. we have been customers since 1977 - good customers..... purchased lots of high dollar items. last christmas used our card for christmas, used sears optical, sears hearing, what is the problem, and what are you going to do about it.
