HERE ONLY ONE PROBLEM,I am using TATA USB MODEM WITH PREPAID CONNECTION. ONE TIME I CHECKED YOUR WEB SITE(this is the link http://services.vsnl.net/new/buy_online.jsp) I SEEN THIS OPTIONS.1ST YOU HAVE TO THINK- HERE NOTHING MENTIONED ie; WHAT IS THIS( COUPON/NEW CONNECTION/â¦) I thought if I will order this I will get any coupon (mobile/usb/landline) even I will never lost my money.BUT I GOT ONE SERIEL NUMBER AND PIN NUMBER. BUT THIS PIN NUMBER HOW WILL RECHARGE? BCZ ITS INCLUDED ALPHABET ALSO(CHECK ATTACHED FILE). THEN I CALL TO YOUR CUSTOMER CARE , THAT STUPID FELLOW TOLD FIRST , âTHIS IS NOT A COUPON , THIS ONLY ENTRY FEEâ.I ASKED-HOW YOU UNDERSTAND THIS? HE TOLD â I KNOW BCZ I AM WORKING IN TATA. THEN I TOLD- YES YOU KNOW. BUT HOW WILL UNDERSTAND TO CUSTOMERS? AFTER, THAT FELLOW TOLD I WILL DISCUSS WITH MY SENIOR OFFICER AND HE WILL CALL BACK YOU. BUT THAT STUPID SENIOR FELLOW ALSO DIDNâT CALL ME. AFTER I CALLED AND MAIL TO YOUR VARIOUS NUMBERS AND MAILS. BUT NO BODY NO, WHAT TYPE OF RECHARGE THIS. (OK THIS I AM ACCEPTED, IN TATA INDICOM EMPLOYEES ARE MOSTLY MAD,STUPID,IDIOT& NONSENSE FELLOWS) ONE LADY TOLD ME YOUR 331 RUPEES HAS LOST. YOU HAVE TO THINK FIRST . I MARRIED NOT FROM TATA FAMILY, SO I AM NOT READY TO GIVE SIMPLY MONEY TO ANYONE. I AM THINKING NOW, YOU ALREADY TAKEN MY MONEY, EVEN I DIDNT GET ANY THING FROM YOUR SIDE.THEN- HOW YOU CAN CLOSE MY COMPLAINT??????? THIS IS A NUMBER1 NONSENSE. What type of nonsense you are behaving with customers? You closed this complaint ,bcz you cant solve this ,my money 331 rupees already taken you. So you are not worrying .but I have problem, my all good impression gone with tata. How you can behave with this type of stupid. This very bad tata. My problem still here, but you closed this complaint, how you can this type of â¦â¦? Last one more time I am telling you. I need to get my 331/- rupees or same value coupon/recharge(my useless tata USB sim card number is 9273362601). Why tata going with mad employees(your senior and junior also). If this issue with my direct(person by person) . if I donât need to tell you this type of cultureless words. But here my OPPOSITE SIDE is â TATA INDICOMâ. I HAVE SHAME WITH YOUR CONNECTION. THIS TYPE OF USELESS CONNECTION I BOUGHT. SHITTTT.. But you have to think, I will never take or never refer to take any tata connection or any product from tata. Still I am waiting for your valuable confirmation. Why its taking long time for take decision. This is very bad and cheating to customers. I will wait 3 days. If you are not ready to solve this problem, I will complaint to consumer forum. And This same copy with attachments , I will display every where. DONâT CHEAT CUSTOMERS .
