Smoking Everywhere is a Nightmare

DON'T EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY SMOKING EVERYWHERE-This company takes your order online and charges your credit card then you never receive it. When you call to check on it you are either left on hold or disconnected. Once you finally talk to someone they cannot find any information on you in their system.

I am having the same issue. The 1st order came very late & the unit did not work - they tried to blame me. When they did send a working unit, over a month later; effectively 2 weeks past their "guarantee period" - It was the wrong item. They have never straightened this out, claimed they were out of stock & would resend the correct product. 3 months, and nothing! the customer service person actually yelled at me!

I foolishly then ordered the filters. They immediately took my money & the same day sent me an email that it was "fulfilled". 2 weeks have passed & MORE NOTHING. I have emailed them several times w/ no response. I know that if I call I will get the same bull I've received every time I've called.

FIND A DIFFERENT VENDOR. THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS!
