Newtrients21 Ripped Me Off

I placed an order with Newtrients21 for a $40 bottle of a particular health supplent. They processed the charge against my credit card but never sent me the merchandise. In response to emails and a phone call I got reassuring words, but I never got my merchandise. Worse, the president of this young company, Steve Jones, sent me and other customers email bad-mouthing his former employer, SupplementSpot, for THEIR supposed dishonesty. I consider this business tactic to be in bad taste to begin with, but coupled with the way Newtrients21 ripped me off on my order, this just adds insult to injury!
