Mental harassment of customer from Barclays Bank

I achieved nothing but paid Rs 1310 without using this card even for a single time. I was selected for priority circle of Barclays and I wanted to book a hotel for my outing in Jammu (in Jun 2009) but nobody responded to me. I called n number of times to the concerned department in Mumbai and in Delhi as well. Customer care in Gurgaon did not have any information on this subject and hence it was of no use to contact them again and again. On 1st Aug, I paid an amount of Rs 310 on demand of Full n Final payment (Rahul—CSC Financials) and he told that I will receive the settlement letter by 5th Aug, but till now I did not get any letter instead. Every day twice-thrice I am getting missed calls from the collection department but when I try to callback on the same number it says call not allowed either number busy which gives me a bad image of collection department of Barclays. No one can imagine my dissatisfaction level with Barclays services. Since I got this card it was blocked from the bank and I was not able to do any transactions. If any responsible person is there who can read this mail then kindly excuse me giving missed calls and please allow me freedom so that I can live my life. I do not want to abuse anybody on this front as I have spoken to Vishal (Gurgaon Call Center supervisor), he also gave me assurance that I will not be called again and the matter will be forwarded to higher authorities to get it resolved. But I think there is no higher authority in Barclays who can think from a customer perspective. The only way left is to throw this contact number of mine so that I will not receive any further calls from your collection department. I am available 24x7 in my mobile number 9999721149.
