Pergo Flooring and Lack of Warranty

i have a pergo flooring that was installed by home depot. the floor is snapping and popping as you walk you it. i was told by a pergo installer that the floor was defective. but pergo is not willing to even send someone to my house to see the floor. so you could say that their 25 year warranty is a bunch of crap. i would recomend looking at some other type of laminate floorring
