FALSE PROMISE OF ENERGY SAVINGS

We purchased a heating and air system from Mr. John Love to save money on our electric bills. He promised my wife and I energy savings of "you should save 25-35" on your electric bills." Two months after the system was installed, we had no energy savings. Also, the company failed to install the system with a proper charge from the facotry. The company failed to call in he County inspection until 59 days after the system was installed. Mr Love hid from the problem and turned it over to the service tech working on the lack og charge problem, has lied about why things were done incorrect, and has lied in response to BBB complaint and Heating and Air Board complaint. We have filed a civil suit to bring the matter to court. Deceitful, lacks ehtics, false sales promise, lack of dispute resolution, and bad business person. Please, for your own good, stay away...nothing but problems and it gets worse the more you deal with Love's Heating and Air.

An update on the above complaint, the business has avoided resolution only for the matter to continue legally. The business, more specifically, its President - John Love sat at our kitchen table and told us his system would save 25-35% off of our electric bills; it did not happen. Now we are left with a system that we did not need and no savings which we did need. He has lied to make stories up for BBB and Maryland Heating and Air board. We look forward to our day in court against Love's Heating and Air - False Promise of Energy Savings, Problems with County Inspection, Problems with lack of charge on newly installed system, and no energy savings with their new system. WE BOUGHT THE SYSTEM TO SAVE MONEY ON OUR ELECTRIC BILLS!
