dell pc

i have a new dell pc/ i've had it seven mos. its worked @ ten hrs. it has never worked and never will. to get help, i've had (over (50) drop calls, more than (20) no return calls. they have put a new mother board in it, and a new hard drive, causing me to lose 2800 cdg files @ $2.00 each, you figger the math! dell couldn't give a damn where it works or not. you can never talk to anyone that has the power to setle the madder in hand.dell pc sales and service sucks. i say now it there pc, not mind.i have stopprd all payments, and reported it to b.b.b. all i realy want is a pc that works. johnny mock
