food McDonalds carlisle pike mechanicsburg, pa 17202 US I am writing to complain about the service at this Mcdonalds 3 times I have been here and each time I was rudely serviced through the drive thru when I asked for ketchup one time I was asked DID I REQUEST KETCHUP? Since when do you have to order ketchup with ordering your food. Another time I asked for a straw and the lady rolled her eyes sorry to make you work I did order a drink it is pretty standard to get a straw I will never go there again.
