bank of america rip off

The credit card company continues to have conflicting stories about why they are allowing false charges to appear on my card. First they claim that i signed off on re-occurring charges from the vendor. I have sent them documentation to the contrary. I SPECIFICALLY ask the vendor NOT to make reoccurring charges. I have attached the Documentation (Please also note that I signed a contract with the vendor which SPECIFICALLY tells them not to do a reoccurring charge. I send these documents to the credit card company and they were ignored (). Exhibit A-1, when I continued service with them , and exhibit a-2, a page from the original contract). Third, the vendor provided the credit card company with a forged document authorizing a charge on my AMERICAN EXPRESS CARD. Please note that I am filing a complaint against a bank issuing a MASTER CARD. ()Why they would accept this as a valid charge is beyond me. In addition, I was charged in excess of $4100 and the (forged) authorization is for $750.00. So let’s take into account any of the following scenarios.

1. The document does not match ANY signature I ever provided to MASTER CARD and is clearly forged.

2. EVEN IF the signature was valid, the charge should have been $750, which I offered to pay as an ‘inconvenience fee’ to make the mess ‘go away’. Brandy immediately jumped on me as if it were an admission of guilt.

3. The Authorization is NOT EVEN for the master card.

4. When I explain this to them, they say, well you are on a reoccurring charge’. I again allude to the contract which says that am NOT on a reoccurring charge. Then BOTH Master Card and the Vendor tell me that they have MULTIPLE contracts with my signature. BOTH refuse to fax me the contract. IF there is even a contract out there, I guarantee it is forged.

Despite overwhelming logic, the credit card company cannot see what is happening here. I would like them to credit at least $3300 back to me

Regards,
