Top drafting and design

On July 9, 2009 my wife and I signed a contract with Kevin Tierney of Top drafting and design for blue prints of an addition to our home. the written contract stated $650 as down payment. The remaineder was to be paid upon the approved plans. Kevin Tierney tolsd us his business Top drafting and design consisted of himself and a NYS licenesed Architect, Lewis Childs. This proofed to be false. Kevin Tierney is not a partner with Lewis Childs.

Mr Tierney demanded we pay him more money or he will not continue. We had to send him two additional payments of $650.

We are senior citizens and we fearfull Mr Tierney would not continue without additional payments. This was not in the contract we signed.

The reason we signed the contract, was because Mr Tierney told us he was a prtner with Mr Childs. We were mislead and fraudenly induced by Mr Tierney.

Mr Tierney never allowed my wife or I to reveiw the preliminary plans prior to the plans being stamped and sealed.

We have documentation of Mr Tierney's and Mr Childs behavior and reactions to our concerns and there responses.

A judgment was awarded against Kevin Tierney DBA TOP Drafting and Design by Rochester City Court for $995 in Jan of 2011. This Judgment has not been paid and is in default.

Client still owes the Architect/ Designer (Kevin Tierney) 650.00 as the Firm has completed the final Drawings per contract agreement. Client owes thousands of unpaid bills to many sub-contractors who never got paid for there work building the Addition and the list goes on and on..... There is a criminal investigation going on with the homeowner Mr. Peter Grasso
