Many Troubles

At a cost of $13,000.00 we purchased and had installed the WANDER GAURD system.

We immediately had issue with the volume of the system, it only beeps at the door and has no volume control, company recommended remote enunciator to be placed at nurse station and they would install .At the time of remote enunciator installation Technician found that one of the Relay Modules was bad a $900.00 part covered under warranty (this time )

This is 10/20/09.

Now on 11/16/09 another Relay Module is found to be bad and Technicians say to replace that along with the antenna this time $1300.00 in parts, still under warranty (This Time ) .

We haven�t even placed the system into service yet and have had $2250.00 in faulty equipment not to mention the cost of labor to reinstall these components.

Now they tell me the warranty only covers parts and not installation, we paid for installation and its only 2 months since it was installed, why should we have to install the replacement parts?

Now to mention the reliability of the parts ?????????? If we have had $2250.00 in two months how reliable is the product and how much are we going to spend over the coming years on top of the bracelets you have to buy every 90 days because they EXPIRE, you can buy 1 year Bracelets also at $100.00 each.

I do not recommend this product AT ALL --------AVOID at all cost.
