JC Penny's

I have long shopped at Penny's believing they offered value as well as

good products. I have been keeping my eye on a Cuisinart Electric

Perculator for a month or so. The Cuisinart website offers this pot for

$59. Because of a $10 off coupon, I decided to see if they carried this

coffee pot. They did. They showed a "regular" price of $119, and a

current sale price of $79! I was not happy with J.C. Penny's, so I

sent them an email (see below). The response I received back, made me

even more angry with them. They were "happy" to receive my email. The

response had nothing to do with my complaint, and I suspect that no one

at Penny's had even read the message. One day these businesses why

their sales are down...
