US Expedia just charged me ~$500.00 TO DOWNGRADE MY TICKET!!! The agent kept on insisting there was no downgrade. Then the supervisor named Sham(true name) confirmed the downgrade and expressed 'HELPLESSNESS' in reversing the fiasco. He was sure though that expense was worth their time. Go expedia.
