Tax theft

I and my friend visited global Mall near Atlanta on Nov-01, 2009 and had our lunch at a restaurant in global Mall named Chinese Rasoi (Address : 5675 Jimmy Carter Blvd, Norcross, GA 30071)

I experience unethical and illegal practices in this restaurant. Here is the complete story.

We (Me and my friend) ordered two food dishes, $7 dollars each totaled $14.84 including tax. I tried to pay using credit card but the Lady over the counter denied accepting credit card and insisting for the cash payment. I show a label on the counter that they accept VISA and Mastercard but rather making noise I paid by cash.

When my order was ready, I was called and was offered the food dishes at the counter. I ask for the receipt and both lady on the counter said �We don�t give receipt�. When I insisted strongly, a lady asked is it ok if she writes on a piece of paper and signs it as a receipt. I denied and told them that I don�t want to purchase food without original receipt. At last older ladies typed something and give me a dummy receipt which doesn�t have any information, such as name of restaurant, actual name/description of item purchased, original price and tax on it. It shows even incorrect date and time: 06-19-2000 , 2:20 AM.
