Poor Service

I bought Tata Indicome Internet connection on 2nd October.I have only been able to use it properly for half the month.The speed is supposed to be 230Kbps, however ,since over 10 days ,I get a speed of 115Kbps,which is literally half the original. The most important thing is that the customer service is not good.They keep transferring from one dept to another/give ten different nos.to call, sometimes they place the customer on hold and disconnect the call!At the end I,as a customer ,get frustrated with this service ,and any other customer would. Please consider my complaint.
