Order not processed, but not allowed to cancle the order

This weird company won't let me know whether my order will be processed or not. They won't allow me to cancel my order, either, by saying they will charge $25 if I cancel my order. This company only responds when I send an email saying I will cancel my order. They won't respond if I ask when they will process my order.
