We contacted her in August of 2009 as we were doing a multi-cultural wedding and needed Four Bollywood dancers that were professionally trained, in costume to do a segment in our wedding. It was, we feel, the most important part. Four people came out, in jeans, one by one instead of what we ordered which was all four at once. One of the dancers clearly did not know the dance moves and was out of sync with the rest of the dancers. We also asked that the dancers did not ask for bride/groom participation and they did that anyway. It was just awful...AWFUL! After the wedding we contact Ms. Reicht via email and she agreed to issue a full refund as this transaction was done via paypal within 30 days as she "needed time to get the money". After 35 days, she said the same thing. Clearly stalling, I filed a BBB complaint. Do NOT EVER USE HER SERVICES OR ANY COMPANY THAT BEARS HER NAME. She is not only a crook, she is a liar. (Bollywood Dance lessons and Bollywood Blast) I paid online via PayPal and she canceled classes due to "construction" and said she would send out a check. Ok - no problem. Unpredictable things can happen. Two weeks later and no check, I followed up with her, stating she could just refund my money via Paypal. She said she had to "pick up the check" and deposited it and was "waiting for the checks to clear" to issue me my refund. Red flags went up and I gave her an additional week to refund my money, for a total of 30 days from the purchase date. Of course, no check came and I disputed the charges with my cc and Paypal. It seems like she has money management issues. My money should not have been spent and should have been refunded via PayPal. It was very disappointing because I was really looking forward to my lessons, and then to find out she did this. Stay away. Without evaluation of the video, I will not be able to send a refund. Please remove complaints until this issue is resolved. If you purchase something at the store, and want a refund, you will have to submit a receipt. Please submit the video to me for evaluation. I even stated that I would have no problem refunding you the money. I have never had a complaint....ever! I ask that you follow the correct procedure and mail me the video. The dancers are professional as they have been employed has prestigious establishments such as the Kimmel Center, Drexel and Temple University and many more. As far as I know the dancers said they were in traditional Indian Clothing, wearing a salwar and black pants, not jeans. Without some sort of proof, I can not just go by what you are saying. Perhaps you were not satisfied with the performance, but if you go to a football game and your team does not win, are you going to ask for a refund? The dancers traveled there, performed and did what was required of them as well as did a demo. Before you go bashing people and calling me a crook, and a liar, please send the video as I asked you to do. I will even give you another 30 days to submit this video to me for evaluation as I do not want any trouble or complaints. I do apologize if you were not satisfied, but without a video or even a photo, how do I know that you are not liars and crooks? As I stated before, I have never ran into this problem before. Please submit the video within the next 30 days for evaluation and you will be refunded if your statements above are true. Please remove the complaint until the video is reviewed, as well as some of the websites that you have listed do not belong to me and now you are just making someone else look bad as well that has nothing to do with me.
