I got a big group together for a 76ers game. I bought 10 tickets from a seller. On top of their usual surcharge, there was a 15 dollar "Last Minute" fee. This was despite the fact that I ordered the tickets 3 days in advanced. Fine.

More people joined. I wanted to buy the rest of the tickets. But in order to do that, I had to pay ANOTHER 15 dollar service charge on top of their OTHER service charge. Contacted customer service. No help. Asked for a higher up and they ignored me.
