Direct TV

I recently moved and decided to get direct TV on the promise that they

would provide me internet service. They came and installed the TV

equipment but never the internet service so I cancelled my service

because I had no internet service promised to me so I sent the equipment

back to them in their on boxes they sent me. I receive a phone call from

a collection agency saying that I owe direct TV $500.00 dollars for the

equipment that I sent back to them. I emailed their customer service and

it did no good I would like everyone to know what a rip-off direct TV is

and hope you never have to deal with them they are crooks. I will never

pay them a dime for what they have put me thru and I am sure it will

mess up my credit score because thy are rip-offs.
