Bellmont cabinets pacific crest industries 13610 52nd Street E, Suite 300 Sumner, WA 98390 US http://www.pacificcrestindustries.com We bought $20,000 worth of Pacific Crest Bellmont cabinetry. The cabinets come with soft close door hinges and over half of them have failed in less than a year an a half. These are not the standard Blum/blumotion hinges. They work using friction to spin a plastic sprocket that's inside of the door side hinge mount. The plastic sprocket breaks quickly under normal use. I've been stuck replacing the hinges on my $20,000 cabinets with hinges from Ikea... It was explained by my designer that they had a "bad" run of hinges during the time I purchased. They were very prompt in the response with new hinges and the replacement took 3 screws in and out to replace. I turned down the companies offer to send someone out to replace them and did it myself. I love my new kitchen and the hinges function properly. I can only assume you did not contact them as they were very response and willing to do whatever it took to see me satisfied. I only wish my last kitchen remodel went so well and would send anyone to my kitchen designer and recommend the Bellmont cabinets to them. It is a pleasure to find a company so response this day and age.
