Next Level Tech is a Next Level SCAM!!

Beware of Scam-Artist, Steven Rosenthal...so-called "computer expert" from Next Level Technology. He convinced my company he was hired to do the computer networking at our office, showed up on a day I was not present, and performed unauthorized and defective work. The company later had to pay over $1,000.00 to fix his terrible work. When the we refused to pay the invoice he demanded, he physically threatened me (I had to file a police report), and then had the audacity to sue me to try to collect the money! And he did all of this with NO contract and NO authorization to work. Make sure if you are hiring a computer company, to check their references, CALL their references, and do the due diligence necessary to avoid these types of scams in the future. I should've known when the guys website wasn't even active! Go figure...Don't trust this face. Next Level Technology is a scam!
