Movie Sales Rip Off

I ordered a dvd by credit card. They say they sent it but they only can substantiate that it was sent to the Post Office in Oakland, Calif., not that it ever reached my address. My send to address is my office so someone is always available to sign for items but they do not indicate to me that they get signatures for delivery. They keep telling me to track with USPS but the only information USPS has is that it went to the Oakand post office, apparently because it was sent general delivery and not with any special instructions like to get a signature of reciept.

That wouldn't be so bad except in the event that it never GOT to me, which it didn't, they claim they do not do "replacements". So I am out not only the charge for the item but also the "fee" that I didn't notice they were charging me for 2 months for a "service" that I DIDN'T sign up for.

When I called and asked what this $19.95 a month was for they said it was for a service that I signed up for when I submitted my order and it was a box at the bottom of the order page that is checked and I have to UNCHECK it if I don't want to sign up!

I discontinue the "service" told them I never wanted the service, but there is no "refund policy" for this problem.

So now I have paid roughly $53 for absolutely nothing. The customer service rep told me they would be sending me an email response to my phone complaint, and that there is no phone number for the corporate office, only a PO box.

Same thing happened to me only I did get the movie and didn't notice the "membership for 11 months. They said they would refund 2 months. So they made roughly $100.00 off me for a five dollar DVD.
