John Mosher and Jamie Mosher took our deposit $1500 without installing a single block of the retaining wall. On August 4th, 2008 the small claim court made a judgment in favor of us (the plaintiff) that John owe us our deposit. Up to today there is not a cent returned. I later found from Court records that this guy is the judgment debtor of at least 13 cases and his rating is "F" of BBB records. I regret I did not do the credit checking before I handed out my deposit. Be aware, he also do patio, waterproof basement, deck staining, and other handyman works under his "Rochester Hardscape" biz, and he might change the biz name already.
