I went to Citibank to speak with a teller regarding my account and the erroneous charges that were posted to my account.

The teller was unable to help me with my matter so she had asked a manger to assist me with my account. The manager did not help me or answer any of my questions as to why I was being charged these erroneous overdraft fees. She was extremely rude. The manager proceeded to conduct my private confidential account matters through the double glass window panels at the teller for everyone to hear She was eating a sandwich while talking to me and was greatly unprofessional. The manager didn’t offer me any solutions to my problem or even attempt to resolve my account matter.

I was extremely upset because I was given no explanation as to why these charges were being posted to my account. The manager was unprofessional and rude. Citibank prides themselves on providing personalized banking service and there was nothing personal about conducting a 15 min conversation at the teller window for everyone to hear my account matters.
